Now, I don't really give a ****. Growing up wasn't fun. :(

Microsoft's showing was pretty underwhelming. "Kinect" is a rather terrible name, and the games for it just look like glossy Wii Sports rip offs, which is kind of heartbreaking considering how jazzed up people were about the possibilities last year. Oddly enough, I'm also mostly excited about Minority Report menus.
To be fair though, the 360 has a pretty solid 2010 ahead of itself, it's just that all those games and whatnot were announced a year ago.

It's really exciting to see the great list of cool games this year. The 3DS seems interesting. I probably won't be getting it right when it's launched, still.
Watching Sony's conference all I heard was, "Well, we have motion and stuff now, too. And don't be hatin', because we did it better." The list of new games didn't exactly excite me nearly as much as Nintendo's. Yay, Portal 2? It's not going to be an exclusive, though I like the idea of having the "better version" on my PS3. Little Big Planet 2 looks alright. Still not too excited about it. What I'm really not looking forward to is buying expensive peripherals to play the new games coming out that DO look decent. *sigh*
Also, 3D games using 3D glasses. I know 3D is another fad, and I want it to die right away. But still, the 3DS seems waaaay cooler than whatever Sony's doing.
Don't get me wrong. I'm hardly a Nintendo fangirl. I own a PS3, and no Wii (though that's because everyone else I know owns a Wii. I play for free, basically. :B). I just think Nintendo's conference was way better, and I'm definitely looking forward to this year of gaming from BOTH Nintendo and Sony. Nintendo moreso, however.
