Without having tried it, I'd say it doesn't look too tricky, except perhaps for the extra-credit questions. It does look nontrivial and comprehensive, which I imagine was your goal.

What level is it for?

Undergraduate. It's a general math course primarily aimed at elementary ed majors/teachers, but it's open to anyone as a general math requirement.
