FAT32 won't work because there are >4GB files.

I was just reading about this issue. It looks grim. I think you'd have better luck getting Windows to deal with HFS+ than Mac OS to deal with NTFS:

NTFS-3G works beautifully in Ubuntu; dunno about Mac OS:

Of course, you may be best off just cutting your files into pieces and reassembling them as necessary. This should be trivial if you have Cygwin or MinGW set up on the Windows side.
