You needn't mention things that other people think are wrong with you but you think are fine. Rather, I'm interested in what you consider to be your weaknesses, faults, or shortcomings.
Here's a representative sample of mine:
- I'm very conceited.
- I'm selfish, at least in some ways.
- I often get extraordinarily upset over things that don't matter.
- I don't really respect other people as individuals. I rarely remember names or faces. I tend to just regard People Who Aren't Me as some kind of homogeneous mass.
- I have no tact.
- My knowledge of current events, and to a lesser extent of history, is deficient.
- I'm gullible and easily manipulated.

I thought I saw upon the stair a little man who wasn't there.
He wasn't there again today. Oh how I wish he'd go away.

I can think of two:
1. I'm a huge procrastinator. I get my work done - and done well - but I often find myself doing it at the 11th hour.
2. I love myself. I'm an arrogant bastard. This is a HUGE turnoff to some people and, while deep down I'm actually a pretty nice guy, I can come off as just a big dick.
