A while ago, you offered me Web hosting. I've gotten pretty sick of the unreliability of free hosts, and of course I'd like to avoid fees so long as I can, so now I'm interested. Can you host Arfer.net (so that no URLs need to change) and permit me to use Perl CGI scripts and a daily cron job (to update Wisterwood)? I assume you're running Apache and a *nix.

Many real-world problems are contingency problems, because exact prediction is impossible. For this reason, many people keep their eyes open while driving.
The last thing I expected here was a PMS Pager.
I would if I could. When I made that offer I was hosting LF and GameFAQs News on my own but I ran into serious lag issues with the hosting server. Along the lines of 15-20 second load times per page. The speed was not really conducive to a forum. I've since had both switched over to Firecrotch's VPS. I would ask him to host it for you, but I believe he is at his limit for hosting (he's also hosting GameFAQschat, WikiCEdia, Gamefaqsarchive, and at least two others that I don't recall at the moment).
If you are looking into cheap hosting and don't mind a little down time go with Bihira (LF was originally hosted there, downtime is again not good for an active forum).
Sorry, man. If you had asked back then I would have attacked the host till I won, but since it was only the two domains I run in question I figured it was easier to just switch over.

It's great to see you around! We've missed your presence.

I thought I saw upon the stair a little man who wasn't there.
He wasn't there again today. Oh how I wish he'd go away.
Aw, bummer. Sluggishness and downtime are what I'm trying to avoid; I guess you get what you pay for. But yes, it's good to see you around, Gary.

I'd like to comment on the fact that we all know someone who goes by Firecrotch. And we don't comment on it.

I caved in and bought a tiny VPS from prgmr.com. I've been getting along surprisingly well with 64 megabytes of RAM, even running bloated old Ubuntu.

He lives in cyberspace and wants to destroy the network system.
Unfortunately the old adage you get what you pay for rings true most of the time. Any free service is going to have issues.
