The Topics table in Wisterwood's database has two entries without any corresponding posts in the Posts table:
54807569|I need some help with my research paper for AP English Language, please.|0
55321749|PMS Pager: Solomine|0
(The rightmost column is a flag indicating whether the topic was closed before it was purged.)
The first topic's topic ID falls between http://arfer.net/pms/topics/54805249 and http://arfer.net/pms/topics/54809683, so it must've been created on 17 May 2010. The second's falls between http://arfer.net/pms/topics/55286234 and http://arfer.net/pms/topics/55327172, so it must've been created on 23 June 2010. I'm thinking the second was a birthday topic. The first remains a mystery. As does the bug in my GameFAQs-scraping code that orphaned these topics.

Were they closed/deleted perhaps?

Willis, it seems like every other time you post, I need to look up a word that's in the OED or Urban Dictionary but not both.

Closure shouldn't have prevented Wisterwood from seeing the posts. I doubt either topic was deleted outright, particularly during the few seconds after Wisterwood had fetched the topic list but before it had tried to look at the topics in question.

Per checking Solomine's birthday on Facebook, the PMS Pager topic almost certainly was concerning his birthday.
If I'm not mistaken, the AP English Paper topic was made by Anthony asking the board about the pros and cons of online schooling.

Everything I have would be enough for someone else, but I want more.
