If you're into DLC:
-Kasumi and especially Zaeed are totally worth it
-Lair of the Shadow Broker is the best
-Overlord is pretty okay
-Arrival is like murdering a kitten; sure there's a lot of spectacle, but it's vulgar and unnecessary, and there are so many better things you could've done with a kitten
