My desk at work his this drawer in the middle where your legs go, like a keyboard tray, and often when I go to stand up I hit my leg on the corner of the drawer. I have at least 4 bruises at the moment. It's kind of ridiculous.

Cut one of those pool noodles and turn it into an edge guard? That's what I did with my dorm bed back in college when my desk was underneath my bed so I wouldn't hit my head so hard on it.
