This is "Memories" by Lions Ambition, my favorite local (Seattle) band. A lot of their stuff is posted for free (by them) on Soundcloud; just click around on their YouTube channel. The closest approximation I can make to any mainstream group is probably Gym Class Heroes, but ONLY because of their mix of rock, emceeing, and smooth beats. They're really not like anything else I've ever heard. Give 'em a try.
