I was looking at my ISP's website a few days ago trying to see what the latest plans were... if better plans had come down in price, or if there were any promotions or whatever. I saw that the 15 Mbps plan was only about $4 more per month than I'm paying now, although I suspected with fees/taxes it might get up to like $10 more. So I sent WOW (my ISP) an e-mail and asked them for the exact price so I could compare apples to apples. This morning I got an e-mail with the subject,, 'Great news about your WOW account" and it explains that they've upgraded me to the 15 Mbps plan for no charge and all I have to do is reboot my modem.

Damn, that IS pretty awesome. I can only dream of 15Mbps right now...or even 15Kbps some nights...
