Better yet! I thought you were hosting a party or something when you said "Sent everybody home", but I forgot you were a boss. (A pointy-haired boss? A miniboss? The final boss?) I guess the heatstroke should've been a hint to me that you weren't all lounging around in a pool.

I always get exited for summer but after two weeks of heat I want winter back.

This. I plan on saving as many vacation days as I can for the peak of the summer heat, and going up to the neighborhood of the Arctic Circle. Or to the southern hemisphere where it's winter.
