I told Travis today that I didn't like when people who I thought of as William or Willis (William Shatner and Will Cerbone, respectively) were called Bill, because he'd just said "Bill Shatner" and it sounded so wrong to me.
He had this topic up within a minute.
Then his mom got scared and said "You're movin' with your auntie and uncle in Bel-Air." He whistled for a cab, and when it came near, the license plate said "FRESH" and there were dice in the mirror. If anything, he could say that this cab was rare, but he thought "Naw, forget it; yo home to Bel-Air!" He pulled up to the house about seven or eight and he yelled to the cabbie "Yo homes, smell ya later!" Looked at his kingdom, he was finally there, to settle his throne as the Prince of Bel-Air.

Settle his throne? Is that what they say? I'd always heard "sit on his throne". Either could work I suppose.
It was actually my stage name for the couple of months I had such a thing. See, my college roommate decided I would see greater success as a Bill than as a Wil (and not just in comedy, but in all things). So whenever I met people through him, I would be "Bill" and so stage/comedy people were the only group for which it took. So it was "Bill" to my sketch troupe and in whatever videos and so on.
I'm totally going with "Canadian name" from now on though.
