I've been keeping up with my photo editing over the past year and I thought I'd share some of the stuff I've done with all of you. It's not pro-grade by any means, but I think I'm getting much better at it.

A really, really high-res pic of some sushi that I ate two weeks ago. It was an "Albacore Crunch Roll." Shrimp tempura and crab on the inside, topped with albacore (tuna), ponzu sauce, tempura flakes, tobiko, and furikake, placed on top of sriracha sauce. Super good.
