I'm always happy to see people succeed with the power of methodological rigor, but I have a grudge against The Price is Right. It was always on the cafeteria's TV when I had lunch in college, and one of its sound effects is maddeningly drawn out. You know, in most game shows, there's a merry chime or two when a contestant gets something right, but in The Price is Right they ring the bajeezus out of that poor buzzer. I hope that whoever had that great idea gets spayed or neutered.

I'm not dead yet.
There is no point in my life that I am aware of that I have not wanted to be on The Price is Right, including through all of my childhood that I can remember. It is possible that these feelings weakened temporarily circa Bob Barker's retirement, but they never fully subsided.
