Diddy Kong RACING!! A classic. But the final boss was really tough for me.
Ne'ertheless I always really like those sorts of games where there is like a little world to tool around in outside of the game itself, like Mario 64, Banjo Kazooie, etc... I for some reason really enjoy the outside thing, and the little tiny touches that aren't at all essential to the game, but create an atmosphere.
