C'mon, guys, let's do this. I'll graduate on May 14 and return to Manhattan shortly thereafter, where I'll stay until the end of June. If we choose a couple of days within this period (approximately May 17 to June 30) to have a convention, I could probably get my parents out of the house, meaning I would have two double beds for quartering PMSians. Hopefully James, Willis, or Nick (that's inclusive "or") would be willing to house some people, too, meaning that we'd probably be able to handle as many as would like to come.
What I'd like to do is choose the dates that maximize how many PMSians can appear. I don't know much about your schedules, so tell me what would work for you. And, please, give me a sense of how interested you are in this in the first place. There's no sense in going to great lengths to accommodate someone who doesn't care very much one way or the other.
So who can we reasonably expect to show up at all? Let's see…
• Okid, James, and Wil are in the area (well, I'm not certain where Wil is at the moment, but I'd expect he's nearby), so they would have no excuse for not showing up.
• Mith is very much within driving distance.
• AMan, DIM, and Utar aren't too far away.
• HeyDude is a long drive away. Well, to me that seems a long drive; I've been given to understand that some people think nothing of spending twelve hours in a car. But this was his idea, anyway (http://arfer.net/pms/topics/55265238). BUM and Travis didn't put themselves on the map (http://arfer.net/pms/map), but they're nearby, right?
• Smithy, Power of 3, Spock (and by implication Nala), and Brandon are assumedly out of driving distance. Kate, DarthMarth, Roman, Fred, and Jon are definitely out of driving distance. (Well, Kate said she'll be in New York in July, but I won't!) So… well, I'll say this much: if anybody really wants to come but can't afford it, I may be able to chip in. Hopefully other PMSians would be willing to help, too.
• I haven't the foggiest idea where LP1 is.

I would be completely interested but unfortunately I already have a roadtrip planned (the wedding of a friend of freepizza) that will wipe me out of both money to spend on vacation/roadtrip-type stuff, and vacation days from work. So I can't attend. Come 2012 I'd love to.
My housing situation is in flux until at the earliest June 1 at the likeliest July 1.

Wonderful timing. Can't put anyone up for the night, though the hour drive would likely have discouraged that anyways.
Whatever you all decide, let me know with as much heads-up as possible since life and work has been almost out of hand lately. If you had brought this up a year or two ago I would have been able to do it at the drop of a hat for as many days as was needed, but that drasted economy seems to be recovering quite well in the sector I had hoped (and prayed, and altered the company's focus towards) it would and I am damn near see-through with the amount of s*** on my plate at the moment.

Right, so, we never actually said what went on.
Well, when I got there Shai and Kodi were already there. We chatted for a bit awkwardly, Skyped with Jakob, played some card games (Innovation and the Totally Renamed Spy Game, both of which I won, and which caused me to buy Innovation when I got home), went for a fairly long walk to the Battery park, went to a diner, played a ridiculously stereotypical board game call Chutzpah as well as Word Association Scrabble, then bided our time a bit until Nick got out of work, when we traveled uptown, met him, sat in a coffee shop for a bit, took the group picture, when on a dark trip across Central Park, and ended the night at the Apple store at somewhere 1 in the morning because I needed to buy an adapter, plus it was open.
