The other topic died, I should have kept up on it. :(
Anyway, I weighed myself this morning and I now weigh 248 pounds! Remember, I approximated myself at 320 when I started although I had no way of telling. However I'm 99% sure this estimation is 99% accurate. This means, most likely, I've lost 72 pounds since January 3rd. I'm still sticking to my diet and exercise and it's working fantastically! I am now 3 pounds away from my next goal with 2 weeks to go! I've also decided that dropping down to 190 is a little much so I've change my goal to 210 pounds by December 31st of this year.
Unfortunately I don't remember any of the specific numbers and dates from my previous goals and I don't have them saved anymore so here's a new list starting from today:
Short term goals:
Drop to 245 by June 11th (Currently at 248)
Long term goal:
Drop to 210 by December 31st

I lost 2 pounds in June. Slow month, weight loss wise anyway. There was a lot of reasons to celebrate and veer off track from my diet/exercise. 74 pounds in half a year and my total goal is 110 pounds. This shouldn't be too terrible as long as I get back to sticking with it. Tomorrow starts a new month and I'm going to get back on track. Sorry for the lack of updates guys. Hopefully that won't happen again. :)
