Her whole ceiling collapsed from water damage and a whole bunch of her merchandise is ruined, and she just didn't know what to do. We called the super (now the water is turned off, which is good for them, but kinda annoying, I like being able to wash my hands, etc), and took pictures and stuff, which should hopefully help get her reimbursed by the owner (or by the second floor person if it's his fault).
