1st i had to take the ACT. 2nd I find out that the college I really want to go to discontinued the program I was going to go into. 3rd I see a tiny baby birdy on the side of the road who can't fly and is just sitting there shivering in the wind and I can't save him...I just know something bad is gonna happen to the poor little thing

You could try giving the bird sugar water, I think.
You can see if it has a nest to put it back into, or call a rehab center for it, if you really want.

I went and look two more times. One of the times the bird had managed to get in the grass by the tree, and the second time the bird was one so i am gonna assume that it end well for it.
