You know how if you input the wrong code into an iPod too many times, it locks?

So that you can't try again for a certain amount of time? Well, this happened to my friend's.

She'll be waiting for awhile, I guess.

I did the math. On how many years that is.

Willis, it seems like every other time you post, I need to look up a word that's in the OED or Urban Dictionary but not both.

My students would do that to my iPad all the time, locking it up for an hour or so.

In retribution, once, I confiscated an iPod from a kid and said he could have it back at lunch. But I manipulated it the whole time I had it confiscated so that, right before I gave it back, I locked it for 3 hours (i.e. the rest of the school day)

What I don't understand is how the accumulated lock time got up that high. I mean, I would think that after it locked once, the time shouldn't go up, right?
