Hey guys. Dunno if anyone has heard of an AIM Blast Group, but I thought it might be a good idea.
Basically, what a Blast group is, is a chatroom that you're always in and is always open. You need to request an invitation in order to join it. The blast will add a new group to your buddy list under the name of the blast, and it will show who is online and in the blast (or who has the blast "on"). It works like a regular IM, you send messages and everyone receives them. There's some things you can mess around with it, such as creating your own alias within the Blast.
So, anyone interested? I haven't made the group yet, but it someone else wants to to ahead and do it, I won't stop them =p
If figure if the group is made, this topic can be used to ask for invitations. Also, we gotta figure out a name for it. I figured Paper Mario Social Blast, but since this is more or less replacing the Friday Night Chats, well, I'd consider Friday Night Blast too.

There's similar functionality available in Skype; I'm not sure which one more of us use, though. Not a bad idea and a really easy alternative to posting that we're on AIM/Skype every single time.
