Do the mods/admins even read what I write when I contest a moderation? Their replies made it seem like they don't. They were acting like I hadn't read the rules when I clearly said several times I had. I argued their interpretation of a rule and they kept just repeating the rule.
Par for the course. It depends on the mod, but a first level contest goes back to whoever actioned it the first time. Most of them don't take a lot of time to review it. Second level you would fare a little better, since Error handles most of those and he takes the time to look them over. Third level is a waste of time, I don't think Allen has ever reversed a decision that made it that far.

Also, what was it about? And you could have gone to Hellhole for another opinion before contesting. Or PMing me.

Didn't know about Hellhole, didn't think about asking you beforehand.
I made a topic that was, KillerTruffle, did you ever figure out your bluescreen error? On the PC board. They called it a topic used to PM a user. I disagreed and said it was a topic made to re-open a discussion.
I appealed it all the way up to an administrator. Some of the levels seemed more clueless than others.
