Because I realized too late that openness to interpretation here would be to the detriment of my not being banned, I will clarify that I am referring to the way in which the Orsimer assimilate to Imperial principles (development of martial ability, partiarchal house structure, Legion membership) and by thereby muting their racial differences become accepted, while Khajiit continue to perform their differences (moon sugar use, being cats, etc.) and wait for legislation to catch up with the realities of their way of life.
