Ham and cheese omelettes. I've gotten pretty good at making 'em.
Hashbrowns. I've started to really enjoy pancakes with strawberries and whipped cream lately (Yuuuuuuuuummmmmmmmmmmmmmm).

I like all of pancakes, Belgian waffles, and French toast, especially buckwheat pancakes, although I am far too lazy to prepare such things myself and usually eat toast and cereal instead.
