Our post economy was flagging, spiraling downwards (fewer posts to read means fewer responses means fewer posts to read). Then we got a shot in the arm of artificial posts that quickly lead to actual posts, and we were soaring high again.
But it leaves the same question as the real stimulus: how long will the effects last?

Well, it did...just didn't do as much as everyone was expected to. The proposed (and eventually passed) stimulus package was the absolute BARE MINIMUM for the economy to be impacted at all. So, there was only going to be a very small increase, which to my knowledge, is exactly what happened. We've been out of the recession for...I guess close to 3 years now.
My knowledge on this is kinda dated and limited though. I learned all this between six months and over a year ago...
