Exercise-wise, my routine is to take forty-minute walks five times a week, which doesn't really qualify as working out (and doesn't get me sweaty or tired) but ought to have health benefits anyway (it did the last time I checked government recommendations; I haven't yet looked at any actual research). Ladies haven't been a problem ever since I started browsing Reddit.

That makes two of us. My buddy at college took me to a gym for the first time in six years. Let's just say I developed green and yellow bruises on my arms because he didn't know what "go easy on me" meant. Totally turned me off from working out. Which is a shame because I want to be buff. :/
