Yeah, damn. I reflexively cringe when I see fat dudes getting pissed yelling about Obama into microphones, but honestly Penn usually says pretty grounded, or at the very least well argued, things. Like, I can disagree with him, but his opinion's usually not evil.
Also as a followup to this, if you have the time check out the Bullsh*t on the subject. I don't dare get started because I get sucked in, but you can find both "Criminal Justice" and "The War on Drugs" if you look not that hard at all.
