It's pretty standoffish. It reminds me of a not-not-not-not-parody video where an over-worked out fellow is describing an exercise he doesn't care for. Like he needs to clarify that he's into squats and you need to do them, even if he's not *into* them.
I pick squats because refined gym rats love doing squats even when they can't articulate why. And surely this guy cannot articulate why.
