The interwebs have been boring me lately.

I'm just about ready to close everything up and resume IRL fulltime, but have reservations about letting go something that has been a huge part of my life for almost 15 years. Damn, that's half my life.

LF has been handed off (mostly) to an admin and a mod that still have an interest.

PMS gets along just fine without me spamming the hell out of it.

KGB will continue as it has since the beginning.

Hellhole is a lost cause. It died almost a year ago, but the regs fail to acknowledge it.

4 of the 6 FB pages I've started have also been handed off to the next gen.

I suppose I'm asking all of you for something new to keep interested in that I haven't found yet. Suggestions?

I'm confused. Do you mean that you're thinking of swearing off the Web entirely, or just not being actively involved in so many communities? I hope you stick around PMS, even if only as a lurker.

Life goes through phases, man. There was a great stretch of time, probably a year and a half or so, where I rarely posted or logged in to GameFAQs (look how low my karma has sunk!!)

Maybe you'll come back. Maybe coming here in the first place was a phase.

If you've got nothin, well, ya got nothin. I wouldn't close the account and burn any bridges though... it's not like closing one's account is a necessary step in changing your life, and turning back would throw you into relapse.

What I'm saying is, you're a great member of PMS, and always shall be.

Yeah, I mean, I know the feeling. Switch to killing time with books or your kids for a few months, and then it'll be fresh and interesting again.

Willis, it seems like every other time you post, I need to look up a word that's in the OED or Urban Dictionary but not both.
