It's pretty cool. It has Spanish, German, and French, and it's free. The reason is free is it's based on the same concept as ReCaptchas (and made by the same guy): it's crowd-sourcing the effort of lots of people. So in this site you can practice what you've learned by translating actual websites and articles that are in need of translation. (And when enough people have done it and there's a consensus, that translation is used.)
