"Actually factually?" as sort of a synonym for "For real?"
My sister and I use it a lot, but I'm not sure if it is common in general. A google search for it in quotes reveals ~22,000 hits, which seems a bit low, and not many of the hits, upon a quick glance, seem to use it as I do.

I don't think I've ever used or heard the phrase before, but it's not one so odd that I would be taken aback if I heard it.
Recently I've been using the phrase "Is this still a thing?" in terms of events or planned outings, in the context of "Is this thing still happening?" I'm not sure if that's common or uncommon.
I also use "Balls!" as an expression of frustration or dissatisfaction. I don't believe that's common.

Balls, yeah, it's heard now and then. Especially coming from the probably more frequently uttered "Bollocks!" here and in England.
"Is this still a thing?" I think I hear now and then. Really the situational opportunity for it is kinda low so I'm not too sure how common it is.
Actually factually I have a feeling I've heard maybe once, but I have no recollection of it other than a "hmm..."

Willis, it seems like every other time you post, I need to look up a word that's in the OED or Urban Dictionary but not both.

I've heard of it, but it's not popular with anybody I know.
Never heard of it either. >_o
