I'm not dead yet.
A) I've played Banjo-Kazooie, although I never owned it. I don't have the sharpest memory of it but I remember really appreciating riding around on Tooie and going fast and the squeak noise of every step.
B) I don't ever really hear the word jingoism, but I imagine I would think of B-K if I did.
I think of that one Bob Dylan song that's probably an allegory for the cold war.

I always think about going back and playing Tooie. I got a used copy years after that console generation had turned senile and couldn't get the N64 to turn on consistently. But that impediment no longer exists. Because I got it fixed.
