Accidentally hit myself directly in the eyeball with the cap on a bottle of wine yesterday and, after two hours of intense pain, finally decided to hit an optometrist. Anyways, luckily there's not structural damage, but I have to wear sunglasses everywhere I go (so I'm effectively "that guy" for the time being) and put these drops in my eye every two hours.
Moral of the story: if you're handling bottle close to your face, take caution.

Willis, it seems like every other time you post, I need to look up a word that's in the OED or Urban Dictionary but not both.

Nope. Arbor Mist. Was at work when it happened.
(Not sure if I've ever mentioned it but I work for a liquor company)

Oh. Then can you say a few words about how the cap ended up in your eye? Was it like "man check out what I can balance on my eye"?

Egads, yeah, my friend got her eye punctured about half an inch by a branch. No problem though after about a week. Amazing how fast the eye heals.
Not as amazing as how fast Wolverine's eyes heal but I mean, it's not bad.

Real men hit themselves in the NUTS with the WHOLE BOTTLE.
I'm glad you weren't more permanently hurt. Are you still in pain?
