Cereal, almond milk, OJ, etc. I really need to get back in the habit of cooking, but cooking for one really sucks.

When I cook, which is always for myself alone, I often make more than I intend to eat, so I can use the leftovers in sandwiches, rice dishes, etc. That way I get the most out of the time I spend.

I prefer almond milk, especially because often milk + OJ = bad stomach, but that doesn't happen with almond milk. Plus it lasts a lot longer, and is lower in calories.

I've taken to just kind of bringing a baggie of spinach greens to work. It's *like* eating food, but healthier somehow. As a result, I have to buy fresh spinach every time I go to the store, which makes me feel more or less like a responsible adult.
