Ok...honestly I've only seen like one episode, but it's in competition with Community. For pretty much any of you who aren't paperspock: I'm completely obsessed with Community. To give you an idea a while ago I spent a week with my boyfriend in a cabin, and he brought a TV and his Community DVDs. I was completely pleased that he had done so. I rank my obsession with Community higher than that of when I fangirled over High School Musical. So I probably don't have a fair view of Big Bang Theory, but I simply can't help it.
So, what did you think of Equestria Girls? And the season 4 spoilers from San Diego Comic-Con?

Ok, I haven't exactly been keeping up with it...somewhere in season three I kinda fell out (not because of the content but because I was having meltdowns about potentially failing chemistry). Ever since then I feel bad about not watching it so I just stopped ( it seems to be a habit of mine). I've seen trailers for Equestria Girls and I know I shouldn't make any judgements about it before I watch, but the concept just kinda made me cringe. It also looks like something Hasbro made just to put more money in their pockets.
Yeah, the fan consensus was that the premise for the movie was a stupid cash grab. (I mean, Applejack wearing a skirt? C'mon!) But its reception has been warm. The stereotypical high-school drama is well tempered with Twilight's struggles to pass herself off as human, and with her persistent focus on getting done what she came to the human world to do. And Pinkie is pretty great:

Yeah but come Pinkie is always great!
I thought Too Many Pinkie Pies wasn't a very strong episode, by the standards of the rest of Season 3, anyway. But that's just me.
