That's a pretty huge task. Somehow learning to mimic speech to the point of understanding it, and then learning how to use written language. I have so much trouble with foreign languages, but I just sort of picked this up.

I know what you mean. I often remark about the so-called little things in life that we take for granted, and say, "isn't this amazing?" And it's hard for others to understand it unless they have come to this same realization. For it's something we all know and see clearly, and can think of, but need to be in the right frame of mind to appreciate truly the curiosity and magnificence of our situations!
